A Quick Guide to Booking
Pre booking for the Playcentres is the only way to guarantee your child’s place in a play session. We do have a small amount of spaces available each day for walk ups but prebooking is best at peak times such as holiday periods. To book, click on “Book Sessions” from the menu.
- Fill in the required fields in your name (parent/carer)
- Tick the box “This Booking is For a Child”
- Add your child’s details
- If you wish to add a sibling: go to child profiles in your account and click “Add Child Profile”
- Choose “What’s On”
- Choose the session you wish to book
- Click “Book Session”
- Tick the box that your child is the appropriate age for the session (eg new born – 5 yrs for One O’Clock Club, 5 – 15 year olds for the Advneture Playground)
- Complete the fields
- For Concessions: in the “Extras” section, tick either the Concession (low income) or the Concession with Donation options. For concession referrals please see the Concessions section on this page (under “Which Category shall I use?”)
- For Additional Needs: In the “Extras” section, tick Additional Needs or Additional Needs with donation option. Complete the fields. Please see the Additional Needs heading on this page (under “Which Category shall I use?”) regarding information on evidence required on your first visit.
- Confirm booking
- You will receive a confirmation email of your booking.
Which booking category shall I use?
Choose this for booking drop in sessions in the AP and OOC on a Pay as You Go basis. Sessions are £9.00 per family group in the One O’Clock Club (a family group of adults and children aged 0-5 years from the same household) and £9.00 per child aged 5-15 years in the Adventure Playground for a 2 hour drop off session on Saturdays only. This fantastic pass saves ££ on the single session attendance fee by buying up front! The pass may be used at the One O’Clock Club (0-5’s) or the Adventure Playground (5-15 years) and siblings can share a pass.
Play Passes are available in our online shop in the booking system. Passes are £80 for 10 visits.
Choose this option if you receive benefits outlined below. You will need to supply evidence in person at the Playcentres on your next visit. Please also bring photo ID in the name of the benefit recipient.
- Income Support
- income-based Jobseeker’s Allowance
- income-related Employment and Support Allowance
- support under Part VI of the Immigration and Asylum Act 1999
- the guaranteed element of Pension Credit
- Child Tax Credit (provided you’re not also entitled to Working Tax Credit and have an annual gross income of no more than £16,190)
- Working Tax Credit run-on – paid for 4 weeks after you stop qualifying for Working Tax Credit
- Universal Credit – if you apply on or after 1 April 2018 your household income must be less than £7,400 a year (after tax and not including any benefits you get)
Your Concession Membership enables access to our community play sessions at a reduced rate, and has to be renewed every 12 months. Marble Hill Playcentres is a charity and we appreciate any donations you are able to make in order to keep our services sustainable.
Please note if you have previously visited us via referral you will be issued a booking code to make your booking.
If you have a child with additional needs, choose this option (you do not need to have a diagnosis in place). Please bring proof of Disability Living Allowance, Carers Allowance or a letter confirming your child is being assessed for an additional need from a health visitor, family support worker or SENCO. Please also bring photo ID for the benefit recipient / parent or carer named in evidence. This option allows you access to all our One O’Clock Club sessions for 0-5 years and our Adventure Playground Community Play sessions for 5-15 years at a reduced rate. You are welcome to attend with your child if they need support to access the session in the AP. We may be able to offer 1:1 playworker support depending on eligibility – please talk to a playworker on your next visit.
If you are leaving your child with us at the Adventure Playground as they do not require a high level of extra support, please ensure you have filled in an ‘All About Me’ form and returned it so we can understand how to support your child to the best of our ability. To add another child to your account, you must be the parent/guardian of that child. You can not add a child that you are not responsible for – we need up to date information about children being left with us particularly about allergies, intolerances and additional needs.
Log in to your account. At the top of the page click on ”Child Profiles”.
Click ”Add Child Profile” and complete your child’s details.
